• How long will delivery take?

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days

• What is the cost of shipping?

There is free shipping on all prints and a charge of £1.99 for all other orders.

• What is the shipping method?

Orders will usually be sent 2nd class via Royal Mail. There may be exceptions where an alternative company is used.

• Can I return my order?

Non-personalised orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving items, a £1.99 shipping charge will apply.

• What if my item is damaged?

In the rare instance that a product is faulty please contact us in order to provide a replacement. Please provide pictures of any damage.

• How do personalised prints work?

Once you have place the order for a personalised print, pictures can be emailed to withlovebybloom@outlook.com
